What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

Lost packages

Please email [email protected] so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

THULI is not responsible for missing packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We strongly encourage shipping to a secure location to avoid potential issues. THULI cannot reimburse or reship orders that were misdelivered or stolen from a property.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or packages.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
